...And many redesigns later, I've created a dance pad switch that's simple to make, and has equal pressure sensitivity. It seems to have an initial pressure issue though... Although it's so minor I doubt anyone will ever notice. The particulars: The button feels hard and flat; It does not flex and deform. You can tap it with your foot and generate a clean step. It also rebounds faster than you can! Now to make a pad for Marcel to test. He seems to be the ultimate test for my pads. Especially when he does Deja Vu on heavy... Spectacular! The world suffused with sound. |
